Downpipes
We check the downpipes and share our feedback about its condition. In the event it must be replaced, then we will share the size and length of the downpipes that are best suited for your building
Rewiring
We check the existing wiring in the building. Based on our evaluation, we will share inputs if the switches and switchboards need to be replaced and if any other electrical devices must be replaced. Additionally, if rewiring is required, we will let you know about that too.
Windows
We check the windows, its condition and if it is easy to operate, open and close and if the timber windows are showing signs of aging.
New roofs
We check the condition of the roofs both externally and internally and share reports about the condition of your roof and if any roof replacement, or repair work must be carried out, we will let you know.
Plumbing
We check all the plumbing fixtures, flexible hoses and pipes connected to the taps and faucets and inspect the overall condition of the pipes.
Re-stumping
We check and inspect the stumps/brick piers and share our observations.
